Muse of Fire Doctor Who The Monthly Adventures The Seventh Doctor, Ace and Hex find themselves in early 20th century France, Paris to be exact - the roaring 20’s. Not only are they there but so is Iris Wildthyme and Panda, and somethings are not as they should be. I bought this audio based on its high ratings, but I fail to see why its got them. Its a bit of a slow burn, though we find early on that something isn’t quite right time wise, it takes a long time for it to develop. Heading towards the end of episode 2, I began to suspect that the whole audio was a long tease as to when the Doctor and Iris find out they’re both there at the same time, but when the moment does arrive (part 4 I think), its a bit of a damp squib.
